Life's full of ups and downs. I've personally gone through a down in the last week, yet I've still stayed strong to show up for work and stay committed to my healthy habits in the best possible ways that I can.

In this episode, I want to share 4 key things that I do that help me still show up for myself and my goals, whilst equally navigating a challenge so that I don't 'throw in the towel' for an entire week or longer.
